By using AIFantasy.se ("the site"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Adults only (18+)

This site is intended strictly for adults aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). It contains references to adult-oriented AI products. By using the site you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must leave now.

2. Two parts of the service

AIFantasy includes (a) editorial reviews and comparisons of third-party AI services and (b) AIFantasy Studio, an experimental AI-generated fiction and roleplay product. Studio characters are fictional adults and are not real people.

3. Studio rules

You may not use Studio for content involving minors or age-ambiguous sexual characters, non-consensual sexual content, sexual impersonation of real people, exploitation, coercion, or unlawful activity. We may restrict or discontinue product features as the service evolves.

4. Informational purpose

The site provides reviews, comparisons and information about third-party AI apps. It is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial or relationship advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

5. Third-party services

We do not own, operate or control the third-party apps we review. Those platforms are responsible for their services, age controls, content, security, terms and pricing. Your use of any third-party app is governed by that app's own terms. AIFantasy Studio is operated separately from those reviewed services.

6. Affiliate links

The site contains affiliate links, marked "Ad" or "Visit". We may earn a commission if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure.

7. Accuracy & availability

We work to keep information accurate and current, but the AI app space changes rapidly. Features, pricing and availability may change, and we make no warranty that content is complete, accurate or up to date. Pricing is promotional and should be verified on the provider's own site. The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or of any third-party app you access through it, including decisions made or purchases made in reliance on our content.

9. Intellectual property

Content on this site (text, design, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only; their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
