Privacy policy

Last updated: June 2026

This privacy policy explains how AIFantasy.se ("we", "us") handles information when you visit our website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish data protection law.

Who we are

AIFantasy.se operator is the data controller for this website. Contact: hello@stepsister.se.

What we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. Specifically:

  • Analytics data — if you consent to statistics cookies, we collect anonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to improve the site.
  • Technical data — standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) processed to deliver and secure the site.
  • Contact data — if you email us, we receive the information you choose to send.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect special-category personal data through this website.

Why we process it (legal bases)

  • Consent — for non-essential (analytics) cookies; you can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests — for security, basic server logging and keeping the site working.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies plus, with your consent, analytics cookies. You control these via our consent banner and can change your choice anytime — see our cookie policy.

Affiliate links & third parties

When you click an affiliate link, the destination platform sets its own cookies and processes your data under its privacy policy. We may receive aggregated, non-identifying information about referrals (e.g. that a sign-up occurred), but not your activity inside those platforms. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any app you visit.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run the site (e.g. hosting, analytics) under appropriate agreements, or where required by law.

Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Anonymised analytics may be retained in aggregate; server logs are kept for a limited period for security.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email hello@stepsister.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Sweden, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).

International visitors

We welcome visitors worldwide. If you access the site from outside the EU/EEA, note that data may be processed within the EU/EEA where we operate.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date shows the latest version.
